Shipping & Returns







Madison Wine Company will arrange for shipment on behalf of the buyer, to an address specified by the buyer, provided that Madison Wine Company in its sole judgement believes that such shipment will not subject Madison Wine Company to the risk of any kind of legal action or other harm. If a buyer lives in a state where the direct shipment of wine by Madison Wine Company violates the law, we suggest that the buyer provide an alternative address in another state or have their wine shipped to a third-party storage facility in a direct shipping-friendly state.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

In warmer weather, if Ground Shipping is selected we will hold in storage for free until temperatures cooperate to prevent damage to the wine. We  offer expedited shipping as well, which does increase the cost.

Returns Policy If you need to return an item, please let us know as quickly as possible. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
